| 摘 要： | 通过文献法、案例解析法等,在总结大型体育赛事安保研究历史现状的基础上,分析了当前大型体育赛事公共安全所呈现的原因复杂化、传播广泛化、投入高额化、影响深远化等特点,提出针对当前新形势下体育赛事公共安全的多学科理论研究框架。研究认为:安全社会学理论框架重点研究体育赛事安全的隐性社会问题,风险管理理论框架着眼于公共安全事件本身的预警、反馈与处理等,而城市地理学理论框架重点解决体育赛事与自然生态环境、场馆设备环境及城市人文地理环境之间安全问题。

| Abstract: | The study history of public security was summarized by literature and case analysis. The current public security cau- ses of sport Mega-events had such characteristic whose cause was complicated, the speed of spreading was wide, the investment was high and the impaction was so far-reaching. Based on the characteristic and new situation, the multi-disciplinary theoretical framework of public security management was proposed. The results were that security sociological theoretical framework focused on recessive social security issues of sporting events, risk management theoretical framework focused on public safety warning itself, feedback and handling etc. , and that urban geography theoretical framework focused on solving security issues between the sports events and the natural and the venues environment. |
