| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT模型研究了嘉应学院在GIS专业下开设国土与房地产信息管理方向的问题.分析认为,优势表现在有一定的办学基础和社会资源;弱势表现为区位弱势、办学经验不足、"双师型"教师不足、办学条件有待提高;机会表现为国家社会经济发展对人才的需求增加以及学校的明确定位;威胁因素有兄弟院校的竞争,学校教育和社会需求的矛盾.最后提出5条对策:优化人才培养方案;加强实习基地建设;加强与企业协作;加强师资队伍建设;明确定位,错位发展.

| Abstract: | The problems of setting the land and real estate information management orientation in the GIS Profession of Jiaying University were studied with the SWOT method. The strengths are the basis of school running and the so- cial resources. The weaknesses are the location, the lack of experience, the absence of the double - qualified teachers and the teaching conditions. The opportunities are the employment situation and the precise talent cultiva- tion orientation of Jiaying University. The threats include the competition pressure from other universities, the con- tradiction between the present education situation and the social needs. Finally five were put for- ward ： （ 1 ） optimizing the talent training scheme; （2） strengthening the construction of practice base; （3） earring out social research and strengthening the partnership with enterprise; （4） strengthening the teaching staff construc- tion; （5） making clear the development orientation and implement the misplaced development. |
