MOTOMAN工业机器人示教编程方法探究

摘    要:文中介绍和讨论了MOTOMAN工业机器人的在线示教和离线示教方法.以MOTOMAN-HP6型工业机器人为例,分析了MOTOMAN工业机器人的系统组成,归纳了在线示教编程的具体流程.最后使用在线示教方法,通过调用平移命令编制了一个效率较高的码/拆垛作业程序,实现了简化程序,减少技术人员的工作量的目标.

Abstract:In this paper,on-line teaching and off-line teaching programming methods for MOTOMAN industrial robot are introduced and discussed.Taking MOTOMAN-HP6 as example,the system composition of MOTOMAN industrial robot is analyzed.The specific processes of on-line teaching are summed up.Finally,using on-line teaching method,a more efficient stacking and/or unstacking operation is programmed by calling the shift command.It greatly simplifies the procedure and reduces the workload of the technical staff.
