| 摘 要： | 高校学生申诉制度是我国高校依法治校中的重要组成部分,是学生合法权益的重要权利救济机制,新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对学生申诉制度的申诉主体、范围、时限、管辖、程序及结果处理等方面都作了明确规定,但高校学生申诉制度的完善还有赖于完整的学生申诉体系的建立,学生申诉制度的程序公正和建立称职的申诉委员会。

| Abstract: | The complaint system for college students is an important part of the system of managing college by law in China.Meanwhile,it is the relief mechanism for legal rights that college students must achieve.Actually,specific regulations of complaint system can be found in the new Regulations on the Administration of Students in Regular HEIs,including its corpus,scope,time limit,rule covering,procedure,etc.However,the perfection of complaint system for college students is subjected to the establishment of complete complaint system and its procedure justice as well as a qualified complaint committee. |
