摘    要:我国传统的体育教师评价是一种终结性、奖惩性评价,已不再适合体育教育发展的需求。而发展性教师评价是应新课程改革对教师专业发展提出的、新要求而适时融入我国教育界的教师评价新理念,我们应当积极地把它引进到体育教师的评价中来,以促进体育教师评价体系的建立和完善,促进体育教师素质和教育教学质量的提高。

Abstract:The traditional teacher appraises is one kind of finality and award and punishment estimates. It is not suitable to the need that sports educates to develop already no longer, the development teacher estimates being new idea respond to the new course reform the teacher valuation developing the new request suggesting,but melting at the right moment to enter our country educational circles to teacher special field. We ought to come in the valuation introducing it to be active to the physical training teacher, to boost a physical - training teacher appraising the system building - up and improving and perfecting, to promote physical - training teacher quality and improve educating quality, of teaching.
