| 摘 要： | 以IX-71型奥林帕斯倒置显微镜为例,介绍配有电动载物台的多功能显微镜的操作技术和Image-Pro Plus软件的应用。软件通过控制显微镜载物台方向自动切换,实现图像自动化采集、记录、拼接,并针对单幅图像中被染色的细胞进行计数、标识、参数统计,同时针对缝合后完整图像,即全孔图像中被染色的细胞进行系统处理,计数多个视野中蓝斑数目,得出所需总数及参数。介绍了显微镜的实时采集图像功能及图像拼接技术,不仅解决了科研实验中高倍镜下难以在一帧显微图像中获取样本全貌及针对蓝斑自动计数的问题,还为直观化的实践教学搭建了互动平台,体现了生物显微镜电子化的优越性。
