| 摘 要： | 对上市传媒利用筹得的巨额资本进行多元化投资的现象进行了思考,分析了中国上市传媒多元化投资及其可能的风险.引述了西方的较有影响的多元化投资理论,指出了我国阶段对这一问题的研究状况.通过时传媒多元化投资的类型、风险的分析,指出多元化投资是一柄双刃剑,传媒应当完善资本经营机制,从认知多元化经营的核心竞争力、确立完备的投资项目评估机制、培养具有综合素质的专门的媒介投资人才三个方面提升上市传媒规避多元化投资风险的能力.

| Abstract: | Having raised much money from the stock market and expected to appreciate them in value,the mass media have been interested in diversified investment after coming into the market.This phenomenon concerns the theory of the diversified investment about which many foreign scholars has done many researches. However,in China few scholars focus on the mass media's activities in diversified investment.And this paper will analyse the types and risk of the diversified investment of Chinese mass media,then it will put forward some measures to evade the risk of diversified investment. |
