| Abstract: | The governors of Han Dynasty implemented the policy of government with filiality ,and they took some corresponding measures as follows.Firstly,they took filiality as the standard for choosing officials.Secondly,they adopted the policy of awarding filial people and punishing unfilial ones.Thirdly,they combined the school education with respect and support of the old. |
