摘    要:男教师对于发展学前教育事业具有重大意义。已有研究成果为更好地培养幼儿园男教师提供了有益参考,但是如何建立职前职后一体化的培养体系,培养具有幸福感和胜任力的幼儿园男教师,仍值得深入探讨。基于成都大学学前教育学院人才培养经验的培养体系,通过建立供需协调系统、培养资源系统、质量监控系统、成长支持系统四大系统,积极引导舆论方向、提升男生职业信念、打造优势特长,着力解决男生成长三道难题,以此实现他们个人的生命价值追求和社会用人需求两兼顾的双重目标,最终追求"学前教育事业的良性发展和广大学龄前儿童的健康成长"的美好愿景。

Abstract:Male teachers are of great significance for the development of preschool education.Although researchers have provided some good ideas for better training of male kindergarten teachers,how to establish a cultivation system to train male kindergarten teachers with a sense of happiness and competence is still unresolved.The system introduced in this paper is based on the experience of College of Preschool Education.It consists of four parts with a pyramid structure,including supply and demand coordination system,educational resource system,quality monitoring system,and development support system.On the top is the ultimate vision,which is to train male teachers who should integrate their personal pursuit of life value with the demand of the society for children’s better development.Below that there are three other obstacles that we should get rid of,including directing the publicities,realizing male teacher’s professional value,and bringing out male teachers’ advantages and specialties.
