| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,选取山西省5所高校体育教育专业2009届350名学生为研究对象,针对本专业学生就业现状进行了调查,造成本专业就业难的主要原因有:学生择业观念僵化,期望值偏高;道德素养缺失,文化素质偏低;高校盲目扩招;就业指导工作薄弱;课程设置不能与时俱进;师资队伍建设步伐迟缓。在深入分析研究的基础上,提出了相应的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,the study chooses 250 students majoring P.E.in five universities of Shanxi to do the survey about the reasons of their employment difficulty.The reasons include:students’ stiff employment ideas;higher expectation of jobs;the shortage of morality;poor culture quality;the enlargement of universities in enrollment;poor employment guide;outdated curriculum arrangement;poor teacher teams.On the detail study,the paper offers some suggestion and countermeasures. |
