| 摘 要： | 动态变化环境对图书馆咨询团队知识整合具有较强的适应与改变能力,表现为动态能力,将对图书馆咨询团队知识整合创新绩效产生重大影响,对图书馆可持续发展具有重要作用。为此,结合知识整合与动态能力内涵,构建了动态环境下图书馆咨询团队知识整合关系模型。该模型详细地剖析了在动态环境下由于受到内外部环境生成扰动的影响,知识流呈现为平缓——激活——跨越——平缓四阶段依次交替或飞跃交替变化的规律;该模型诸要素之间相互依存与作用,共同组成了动态环境下图书馆咨询团队知识整合的螺旋式运动,并明确强调动态能力对于提高图书馆咨询团队知识整合创新绩效的重要性。

| Abstract: | Dynamically changing environment the library advisory team knowledge integration has a strong ability to adapt and change,dynamic capabilities,library advisory team knowledge integration performance innovation will have a significant impact,an important role in the sustainable development of libraries.To do this,the artile combined with the connotation of knowledge integration and dynamic capability,a study on dynamic environment relational model of library advisory team knowledge Integration was built.Its model analysis due to the impact of internal and external environment to generate disturbances in a dynamic environment,knowledge flow rendered as smooth state-excited state-the new steady-state changes in the law,the interdependence between the various elements of the model and the role of library advisory team composed of a dynamic environment knowledge integration spiral movement,and a clear emphasis on the importance of dynamic capabilities for improving the library advisory team knowledge integration innovation performance. |
