| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业关系到毕业生的切身利益,关系到社会政治稳定。通过对就业力相关理论的研究,认为西部新办高校的教育资源处于竞争劣势,为促进毕业生的就业力,西部新办高校要摆正毕业生就业工作在学校各项工作中的位置,提高和培养学生处理实际工作的能力和创新能力,坚持育人为本,逐渐形成全方位立体化的学生工作体系,提高学校的知名度和影响力,主动与各地有关部门加强联系,加强对学生的就业指导和就业培训等。

| Abstract: | Graduates' employment in colleges has respect to their vital interests,to the political stability of the society.According to the theory about employment,the newly established colleges in West China are the disadvantaged in the light of educational resources.So,in order to stimulate employment of the graduates,they should get right their priorities of employment in all the undertakings of the college,raise and cultivate students' capabilities of dealing with practical work and innovation abilities and adhere to the doctrine of education first so as to form gradually a stereo-typed working system for students and get colleges' names known better.They should take great initiative in strengthening the relations with the departments concerned and giving instructions and training to the graduates in respect to employment. |
