| 摘 要： | 通过对我国优秀男子竞技健美操运动员支撑与水平类动作B146难度动作的运动学分析,获得支撑与水平类动作B146动作的运动学参数,进一步清晰正确支撑与水平类动作B146难度动作技术概念和动作结构;分析支撑与水平类动作B146难度动作的正确技术要领,探讨其基本规律;为教练员运动员难度动作技术诊断及选材提供科学客观的依据。

| Abstract: | This study explores the rule of support to the level of such action B146 to push up in aerobics gymnasts by measuring and analysing the 3 dimension kinematical data of the movement.This study clarifies the concept,skill structure and key points of the movement,which may provide scientific evidences for coaches and researchers on motor skill diagnosis and talent selection of elite aerobic gymnasts. |
