| Abstract: | The function of Educational administration is one of essential part of national administration. This paper, by comparing and analysing the features of educational administrative function between China and America, exposes some obvious problems and gaps in our country. With the enlightenment on the experience from America, it also brings forward some suggestions for transforming the function of our educational administration. |
