| 摘 要： | 网络环境的形成，使图书馆处于传统图书馆与数字图书馆并存的发展时期，这对高校馆藏资源建设无疑是一种挑战。本文认为建设特色馆藏是图书馆立馆之本，构建合理藏书体系则是图书馆发展之基，力量之源。

| Abstract: | The formation of internet environment makes library coexist in the development period of both traditional and digital libraries. It is no doubt a challenge to college library-store resources build. This article considers characteristic library-store build as the foundation of a new library. Meanwhile makings reasonable library-stone system is the basis of library development, and the resource of library force. |
