| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校招生规模的扩大，高校贫困生面也随之增大，国家助学贷款成为帮助贫困生完成学业的重要措施之一，分析制约一般院校国家助学贷款推进的原因，找出对策，旨在找准突破口，使国家助学贷款工作在一般院校能顺利、健康地开展，让更多的贫困生在党和政府的关心帮助下顺利完成学业。

| Abstract: | With the development of the colleges in China, the number of poverty-stricken students is being increased, and thus, the national student-aiding load has become one of the important means to help students accomplish their learning work. Researches into the constraints to prevent poverty-stricken students from applying for the load, will help to find out solutions and help more and more poverty-stricken students accomplish their learning work. |
