| 摘 要： | 查找相关法律、政策、意见及科研论文,分析了当前"丁俊晖模式"(社会力量投资竞技体育)金牌产生的必然性;提出"丁俊晖模式"金牌产权的归属与收益分配的三点参考因素和两点立论依据,由此得出结论:"丁俊晖模式"的金牌产权归"丁俊晖"所有,所得收益也归"丁俊晖"所有.

| Abstract: | Through finding out relevant law, policy, suggestion and research thmis, this essay analyzes the inevitability of gold medal of mode of Ding Jun-hui. Propose three factors of consulting and two bases of distribution of income and ownership of the property right of the gold medal, and draws the oondusion that the property right gold medal belongs to Ding Jun-hui, and the profic belongs to him too. |
