澳大利亚全纳教育的发展及其启示

摘    要:全纳教育是特殊教育发展的应然选择。当前,全纳教育在澳大利亚进一步发展的挑战主要集中于社会对多元性的理念和态度、学校的全纳环境、教师教育的成效、教师角色的定位以及全纳教育参与各方的合作等方面。在应对这些问题和挑战时,改变观念;创设充分的全纳学校环境;提升教师的职前教育和在职教育的成效;明确教师的角色;加强交流,促进合作是有效的应对策略。
