改性水玻璃在CO2其他硬化工艺中的应用研究

摘    要:为探讨CO2水玻璃砂用改性水玻璃对不同硬化方法的适应性,分别对CO2/酯法、CO2/热空气法和CO2/烘干法进行了研究,获取了不同硬化方法的有关工艺参数。结果表明,CO2/酯法工艺能更好地发挥改性水玻璃的粘结效率,提高粘结强度,但型砂的可使用时间缩短,适用于气温较低冬季;CO2/热空气法使型、芯获得较高的强度,硬化所需时闻缩短,能改善型、芯的存放性,兼具热空气法和CO2法的优点;CO2/烘干法可获得较高的粘结强度。

Abstract:In this paper, we used modified resin with different polar groups 1^# , 2^# , 3^# as the major material of modifier to make modification to the CO2 sodium silicate sand water glass. The experimental results show that modified silicate compared with ordinary water glass, remarkably increased the bond strength at room temperature, and has greatly improved the strength of heat as well as the high temperature strength, and fundamentally changed the 800 ~C residual strength of the peak. To find out the a- daptability of CO2 sodium silicate sand of the modiiied water glass towards different hardening methods, in order to expand the ap- plication of the modified water glass, the author designs and installs the relevant experimental device, and conducts the research on the CO2/ester, CO2/hot air Law and CO2/drying method. The experiment shows that the above three methods of this study are applicable to the medified water glass, while a CO2/ester, CO2/hot air law and CO2/drying process parameters of the law are obtained.
