| 摘 要： | 现代政党的生存和发展离不开健全的党内沟通体制，健全的党内沟通机制有利于促进党内关系的和谐、实现党内决策的科学化、保障党员的民主权利。在现实生活中，党内沟通不畅的现象还普遍存在。因此，完善党内沟通机制就必须重视培养党员的平等沟通意识、大力推行党务公开、完善党内沟通渠道和推行党代表常任制。
