| 摘 要： | 文章利用计算机计算及自动编程,CAD展开制图,钢板在平板状态下采用数控切割,一次性完成炉壳及表面一系列定位开孔,开孔位置精确,切割精度高,加工成本低,实现现代化生产,提高了结构件制作速度和高炉的建造质量.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the manufacturing process to make shell of blast furnace just for once with technic measures such as automatic programming,stretched out plot by CAD and numerical controlled cutting.As a result,there are a lot of advantages,such as high accuracy in hole position and cutting line,low cost,realizing modern production,improving part making speed and furnace erecting quality. |
