| 摘 要： | 以世界优秀女子400 m栏运动员(31人)的数据为样本,运用统计、计算、分析与归纳等方法,依据项目的特点,对运动员速度节奏技术类型进行分类与评析.结果显示,"均衡型"的技术特征具有显著符合项目自身内在规律的表现形式,代表着女子400 m栏技术的发展趋势,我国女子400 m栏运动员更适合"均衡型"技术的发展方向,并建立了女子400 m栏各分段时间模式量化评价标准.

| Abstract: | Taking the world elite women 400m hurdling athletes (31) as data sample and using the method of statistics,calculation,analysis and induction,basing on the event character,this paper makes classification and evaluation on technical type of speed rhythm.The result shows that the balancing technical characteristic fits the internal event rule significantly,which is the developing trend of 400 m hurdling technique.Our 400 m hurdling athletes are more adaption to the balancing technique development.The mold of standard evaluation on the women 400 m hurdling subsection time was established. |
