| 摘 要： | 新世纪政治经济与社会等各方面发生新的变化,价值多元化、德育环境复杂化、主流文化与各种亚文化之间的碰撞及由激烈竞争所导致的各种矛盾,使中小学德育面临严峻挑战。学校德育需要从完善德育目标、创新德育内容、改革德育方法与途径、强化德育网络建设及提高教育者素质等方面作出努力,切实增强学校德育工作在促进学生全面发展中的作用。

| Abstract: | With the new change of politics, economy, society and other aspects in the new century, many new problems occurr such as the diversification of value, the complication of the morality education condition, the collision between main culture and many other sub-main culture and various contradictions caused by furious competition, which bring the morality education of primary and secondary schools into a severe challenge. The morality education of schools should be improved in the following aspects as: perfecting the morality education aims, innovating new content, reforming methods and ways, strengthening network and promoting the educators' qualification. Therefore, the morality education will play a more important role in the full development of students. |
