| 摘 要： | 信息安全是开放的基础。开放环境下引起信息安全问题的主要因素有三个:病毒的危害、硬件故障或缺陷、人为因素或管理制度欠缺。预防措施有操作系统和杀毒软件选用、操作系统和网络设置与监控等;检测方法和处理工具采用的是容错型多启系统盘。

On the Security of Information Network and Strategic Solutions under the Opening Environment |

| Abstract: | The security of information is fundamentally important under the opening environment. This paper analyzes three reasons resulting in the safety problems of information under the opening environment： the hazard of computer virus, the breakdown and flaws of hardware, the？ artificial factors or lack of managing applicability rules. It provides corresponding preventive measures, including selective installation of operation system and anti - virus software, adaptive setting up and surveillance of operation system, network and so on, and presents a new detection method and problem - solving tool Error - tolerant boot disk for multiple operating systems. |
