| 摘 要： | 概述FZZJ公司推行的"1+X"项目的背景、定义、目标及推行成效,通过对该公司人力资源优化成功经验的整理分析,归纳总结出海西制造型企业人力资源优化的五点启示:挖掘员工潜能,充分体现员工价值,以系统优化做保障,以岗位职能特点为主旨,充分激发员工的主观能动性。

| Abstract: | This thesis elaborates the backgound,definition,target and effects of "1+X" project of FZZJ company.Through the analysis of successful experience the company gained in human resource optimization,the thesis summarizes five steps for human resource optimization of Hercynian manufacturing enterprise,namely,exploiting staffs' potential,fully demonstrating staffs' value,taking system optimization as the indemnity and job functions as the core,sufficiently stimulating the activeness of the staffs. |
