| Abstract: | A lot of facts have showed that the failure of software projects,often not completely because of technical problems,but management problems,particularly the quality of management deficiencies.So,to ensure the success of software projects,quality management plays the Very role.This article talks from three aspects of quality management(quality plan,quality assurance and quality control),the quality of the software project management theory and its application study according to the actual work and the quality of the software enterprises in the preparation of plans,allocation of quality management responsibilities And some specific measures of implementation. |
