| 摘 要： | 服务型政府的构建是当今中国政府体制改革的核心。在公民社会理论视域下,公民社会理论与服务型政府理论在公民本位、社会本位和发达的社会组织需求方面存在着诸多的理论契合点,即培养公民意识、构建社会本位价值理念和培养发达的社会组织。因此,社会组织、公民参与意识、契约精神是公民社会理论视域下中国服务型政府构建的现实路径选择。

| Abstract: | Establishing the service-oriented government is key to the reform of the current China government system.Under the sight of civil society theory,the civil society theory and the service-oriented government have some theoretical coherences with the developed social organization in the civil standard and social standard;that is: developing civil awareness,building concept of social standard and constructing advanced social organization.Thus,the social organization,civil participation awareness and contract spirit is a practical option to establish China serviceoriented government under the sight of civil society theory. |
