| 摘 要： | 唐宋时期,随着北方士民的大量南迁和中原先进文化的南传,南北经济文化有了频繁的交流。这不仅促进了东南经济的发展,而且对东南饮食文化也产生了重要的影响,促进了东南沿海城市饮食业的兴旺。

| Abstract: | During Tang,Song Dynasty,with immigrants flooding southward and Zhongyuan culture spreading southward,there was a frequent economic and cultural ex- change between North and South China,which not only contributed to South-east eco- nomic and cultural development,but significantly influenced South-east catering culture, contributing to catering cultural boom in the cities along the south-east coastlines. |
