深圳特区师范教育办学模式与培养模式的理论与实践

摘    要:与全国师范教育改革趋势相同,深圳经济特区高等师范教育也在进行着新的尝试。深圳经济特区惟一的一所综合性大学——深圳大学,正在进行着综合性大学开办师范教育的实践。在师范人才培养模式上,主要采取主副修制。特区高等师范教育所以作出这种选择,有全国高师教育改革理论指导的因素,更有它在发达的市场经济条件下特殊的教育实践意义。

Abstract:Keeping pace with the trend of a nationwide reform on normal education, Shenzhen SEZ is undergoing a new experiment in this field. Shenzhen University, the only comprehensive university in the region, is practicing an experiment on the possibility of opening the normal education in comprehensive universities. The dominant training mode is the application of course opting, which is the result either of the need of theoretical direction of education reform or the special practical importance against the background of market oriented economy.
