对教学评价中学生评教的分析

摘    要:学生参与教学评价是高等教育改革的必然结果。高校由对政府负责转向对学生和社会负责,就必须接受学生和社会的监督和评价。不同的评价观对评价结果有不同的解读,也引发教师的不同反应。发展性评价既尊重学生评教的权利,也关注教师的职业发展,有利于建立和谐的师生关系。

Abstract:The certain result of reform in higher education is students' joining in evaluating the teaching activity.The responsibility of the universities has transferred from government to students and society,so the universities should accept supervision and evolution from students and society. Different evaluating concepts have different explanations of the evaluating results,and they as well cause different reflections of the teachers.Development evaluation not only respects the right of the students joining in evaluation,but also concerns the development of the teachers' career,which is conducive to establishing a harmonious relationship between teacher and students.
