| Abstract: | The international operational mode adopted by Doha Asian Games changes the traditional mode. The Cartel retained the classic experts of the world getting across dives into twenty - eight hundred million dollars, the Cartel gather the multinational person with ability and made the Doha Asian Games succeed, and the Doha Asian Games praised by the international societies. |
