| 摘 要： | 为适应近年电子商务在我国迅速发展对于电子商务人才的紧迫需求，电子商务专业在各院校迅速兴起，但目前电子商务专业毕业生就业情况与人才市场旺盛的需求存在较大的差距。提出从高职院校的实际特点出发、以就业为导向的高职电子商务专业培养方式。从高职电子商务专业培养方向的定位、构建合理的课程体系、专业技能培养等方面对培养方式进行探讨。并提出有必要将电子商务专业进一步细化，以满足对电子商务人才的多元化需求。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of e-commerce,the specialty of e-commerce rapidly emerged in various universities accordingly to meet the demand of e-commerce professionals. However, there is a big gap between graduates＇ employment rate and vigorous demand of e-commerce professionals at present. The causes of the low employment rate of the graduates and high demand situation of e-commerce professionals are analyzed in the paper. And in view of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the paper proposes the employment-oriented training pattern and examines mainly the training orientation, establishment of reasonable curriculum system and professional skills training. And the necessity of further subdivision for the specialty of e-commerce is put forward to meet the diversified needs. |
