| 摘 要： | “无直接利益冲突”矛盾在世界上许多国家都存在，目前有数量增多、涉及面扩大、暴力和危害程度增强的趋势，其成因主要有经济、社会、文化和国际环境等方面的因素。如何化解这类矛盾，一些国家在宏观理念和政策上都积累了丰富经验。研究和借鉴国外的这些矛盾和经验，对全面把握我国的“无直接利益冲突”矛盾现状、主要成因及在宏观上如何化解这类矛盾具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | ＂Indirecting benefit conflict＂ exists in many countries, and the conflicts have presented a trend of increasing in number, extending in the fields they involved and the degree of danger and the harm they do becoming severe. The reasons which produce such conflicts involve the factors of economic, social, cultural and international, etc.. Many countries have gained rich experience in macroscopic philosophy and policy on how to solve conflicts of this kind correctly. Researching foreign contravention and experience and using them as reference have important enlightenment on understanding the current situation of ＂ Inddirect benefit conflict＂, its chief causes and how to handle the conflict correctly. |
