摘    要:人力资本、智力资本是企业核心能力的资本形态。依据核心能力特性,人力资本可划分为四类:核心人力资本、专用人力资本、辅助人力资本和必备人力资本。人力资本类别不同,其对组织核心能力的贡献差异明显,需要采用不同的人力资本管理模式。对人力资本、智力资本的有效管理可构建和提升企业的核心能力。

Abstract:The human capital and intellectual capital are the capital forms of the core competence of the corporation. According to the properties of the core competence,the human capital can be divided into four kinds:core human capital,idiosyncratic human capital,ancillary human capital and compulsory human capital. Different kinds of human capital contribute to the core competence diversely,should be managed with different modes. The efficient management of human capital and intellectual capital is in favor of developing the core competence of the corporation significantly.
