| 摘 要： | 以DEA方法评价了我国29个省、市、自治区的高校科研投入产出效率,得到了各地区高校科研投入产出效率状况,以及各地区高校科研投入产出非DEA有效的产出不足量和投入冗余量,并据此得出我国西部地区的高校科研投入产出效率相对较低,且大多处于规模效率递增阶段的结论,因而加大对西部地区高校科研资源的投入规模和提高投入资源较多地区的科研产出是当前国家和各地区政府高校科研管理部门应着力解决的问题。

| Abstract: | By using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA),this paper devotes to get the estimation of the input and output efficiency, as well as the non-DEA effective output shortfall and input redundancy of the universities' scientific research in 29 provinces and regions of China. This study gets the conclusion that the efficiency is relatively low for the universities in the western part of China and most of them are in the state of gradually increasing stage. Therefore, it is a critical problem for related management department of the state and government to enhance the input scale of the education resources in the western area and to increase the output of those areas that were plunged into relatively more resources. |
