摘    要:在分散决策的情况下,由零售商进行废旧品回收的模式是最优的,但与集中决策的绩效相比还表现出一定的低效率或无效率。在对分散决策与集中决策供应链绩效比较的基础上,对分散决策模型进行了改进,设计了激励合同,以提高实际分散决策的绩效,为工业实践提供理论指导。最后指出了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:In decentralized decision-making systems,we find that the retailer who is closer to customers is the most effective undertaker of product collection activity for the supply chain members. After comparing with centrally coordinated decision-making systems,we find some inefficience or non-efficience in it. So in the paper its optimal model has been improved and the optimal incentive contract has also been designed so as to raise the supply chain profits and the reverse channel performance. In addition,the paper mentions several future researches.
