企业管理者元胜任力研究

摘    要:以Cheetham和Chivers的研究成果为理论基础,结合国外学者的理论成果,通过实证研究证明了元胜任力模型的三维结构。多组验证性分析证明了该模型具有行业和管理层级可转移性的特点。因子均值比较表明,高层管理者应该更加注重思维能力的提升,中层管理者需要具备较高的学习运用能力,基层管理者更加关注自我发展能力的提升。

Abstract:This paper is based on the foreign and domestic researchers especial Cheetham and Chivers.Empirical study testifies that the meta-competency model have three dimensions.Multiple group confirmatory factor analysis proves that the meta-competency have the character of transferability cross industry and Management layer class.Factor analysis with factor means suggest that the top manager should pay more attention to a thinking ability;the intermediate manager request a higher ability of learning and application,the supervisor should pay more attention to an ego development's ability.
