| 摘 要： | 组织创新气氛是推动组织创新的重要因素。从讨论组织创新气氛与提升组织创新能力的关系入手,对国际上组织创新气氛的相关研究进行了理论分析和评述,提出了我国组织创新气氛研究的重要意义和研究展望。
