| Abstract: | The Logistics Strategic Alliance aimed at integrating the logistics resources, upgrading of the logistics company's core competitiveness. But its process of implementation is often straitened circumstances. Based of the characteristics of strategic alliances in logistics, this paper analyzes the difficulties of the implementation process and constructs a logistics strategic alliance model based of whole life cycle theory. This practice has a certain practical value to logistics strategic alliance management. |
