| 摘 要： | 职业教育的蓬勃发展和企业对毕业生的个性化需求,＂以就业为导向＂的职业教育教学改革势在必行.通过对职业院校开展订单式教育内涵和模式的探讨,从提高毕业生对口就业率的角度全面论述了订单式教育的内涵、特点、模式、基本构建,探讨了在实行订单式教育中职业院校、企业、学生三方面的内在动力和校企双方＂合作共赢＂机制.

| Abstract: | The quick development of vocational education and enterprises＇ individualized requirements upon the graduates has made it necessary to carry out the reform of employment-centred vocational education.This paper,having studied order-made education connotation and model in vocational colleges,has made a deep research on the connotation,features,model,and basic construction of order-made education from the perspective of improving students＇ employment,and explored to set up a win-win cooperation mechanism between higher vocational colleges,enterprises and college students. |
