| 摘 要： | 日俄两国在日俄战争后,迅速走上缓和协调的道路,先后缔结四次协约,形成了在中国东北、内外蒙、朝鲜半岛划分势力范围的局面。日俄协约体系对东北亚国际关系产生深远影响,加快了朝鲜亡国的进程,使外蒙古事实上从中国分离。日俄共同瓜分中国东北的举动,阻碍了美国对东北亚的资本扩张和势力介入,加剧了日美之间的矛盾,使东北亚国际关系更加复杂化。最后以日本在二战中彻底失败告终。

| Abstract: | After the Rnsse-Japanese War, Russo-Japanese quickly embarked on the road to coordinate bilateral relations, successive-ly established four agreements, formed a sphere of influence in northeast China, Inner and Outer Mongolia and Korean peninsula. The Agreement systems has produced far-reaching effect for the international relations of Northeast Asia, speed-ed up the process of the Korea perished and made Outer Mongolia part from China in fact. The act of Japan and Russia di-viding up the Northeast China commonly, hindered the United States' capital expansion and influence intervene to North-east Asia, exacerbated the conflicts between Japan and the United States, so that the international relations in Northeast A-sia more complicated. Finally the Japanese in World War Ⅱ completely ended in failure |
