| 摘 要： | 群众文化是社会主义文化建设的组成部分，群众文艺是群众文化开展的重要手段。深入文化体制改革，培养从事群众文化的人才是大学审时度势进行专业建设的重要举措，也是更好地为地方经济发展服务，为地方社会文化注入新活力的重要方面。着力思考群众文化专业人才培养的建设问题，带动和建设好群众文艺专业，才能为社会主义群众文化的发展提供人才支撑。

| Abstract: | The mass culture is a component of socialist cultural construction, and the mass culture and art is an essential means of mass culture. During the present period of deepening structural reform, cultivating the talents of mass culture and art is a necessary measure for the university to construct its specialties after making a correct assessment of the situation, as well as an important way to serve local economy better and instill new vitality in local culture. The paper attempts to relfect on the talent training of mass culture and art talents. |
