| 摘 要： | 目前，苏州高职院校积极开展创业教育，探寻大学生创业孵化基地建设模式。利用SWOT分析法，可以知晓其中的优势和不利因素：在建立创业孵化基地过程中，苏州占有“天时、地利、人和”之优势，想创业的学生也比较多，各学校在分析自身优势与不足的基础上，可以采取不同的发展战略，如设立“创业扶持基金”扶持贫困生创业；鼓励和支持导师带着科研项目与学生组建创业团队等。

| Abstract: | At present, Suzhou vocational colleges carry out entrepreneurship education actively, and seek for construction mode of entrepreneurial incubation base. By using SWOT analysis, researchers can know both the advantages and disadvantages. In building entrepreneurial incubation bases, Suzhou has favorable advantages such as “good timing, geographical convenience and good human relations”. There are many college students who want to start their own business. Vocational colleges, after analyzing their own strengths and weaknesses, can adopt different developing strategies, such as helping poor students start their business by establishing “business support fund”, and encouraging and supporting tutors with scientiifc programs to establish entrepreneurial team with students. |
