摘    要:“食育”一词虽然源于日本,但中国古代一直都有食育,且食育思想和其他文化一起,都是中华文明的优秀文化组成。现代食育需要有外在的表现形式,并系统地将其发展、延伸表达出来以适应于食育的普及和推广。因此,现代食育制度的建设要从中华民族发展的实际需要和获取长期效益的角度出发,依据实际情况、历史遗存、教育模式、饮食风俗习惯等构建适合于自身发展的具有中国特色的食育制度体系。

Abstract:Although the word"dietetic cultivation"(Shi Yu in Chinese)originated in Japan,it has appeared in ancient China.This thought along with other cultures,are excellent cultural components of Chinese civilization.Modern dietetic cultivation needs external manifestations,and systematically expresses its development and extension,in order to adapt to its popularization and promotion.Therefore,the construction of a modern dietetic cultivation system should be based on the actual needs of the development of the Chinese nation and the longterm benefits.This systematic construction should also suit for its own development according to the actual situation,historical remains,educational models,dietary customs,etc.
