浅谈基于"80/20效率法则"的人力资源管理

摘    要:“80/20效率法则”表明,少的投入,可以得到多的产出;小的努力,可以获得大的成绩;关键的少数,往往是决定整个组织的效率、产出、盈亏和成败的主要因素。把这一法则运用于人力资源管理中。可大大提高人力资源的使用效率。根据“80/20效率”原则,人力资源管理应采取五项措施:1)精挑细选,发现“关键少数”成员;2)千锤百炼,打造核心成员团队;3)锻炼培训,提高“关键少数”成员的竞争力;4)有效激励,强化“关键少数”成员的工作动力;5)优胜劣汰。动态管理“关键少数”成员团队。

Abstract:The principle of 80/20 Efficiency shows that less input can produce more output, less pains canbring more gains. The key minority is always the essential factor to determine efficiency output, profit and loss,success and failure of the whole organization. Applying this princitle to HR management, its working efficiencycan be greatly improved.The following five measures are recommended to be taken: To choose right candidates, and to find key mi-nority members; To shape and build up a core team; To train and test the members and to improve competitive-ness of key minority members; To inspire effectively and to intensify the working drive of key minority members;To conduct a dynamic management of the key team on the basis of survival of the fittest.
