| 摘 要： | 对中小企业集群创新困境进行了探讨,并从动机和效率两个角度对这一困境的突破进行了分析。认为模块化组织与龙头企业网络组织是解决集群创新困境的基本途径,而且创新模式的演变因产业特性而异,并且需要良好的创新环境支撑。
