“基础护理学”实验课在自主互助、合作探究教学模式下的实践研究

摘    要:目的:分析“基础护理学”实验课的教学方法,以及在自主互助、合作探究教学模式下的实践应用效果。方法:以贵州中医药大学护理学院2017级、2018级本科护理一班和护理二班的学生共计341人为研究对象,其中2017级的172人作为本次研究的对照组,2018级的169人作为观察组。针对对照组安排传统的“基础护理学”教学方法,针对观察组则安排学生自主互助、合作探究教学模式的实践应用,对比这两组学生的技能考核情况、理论考核情况及两组学生的综合能力成绩。结果:除监测生命体征这项操作外,观察组学生的技能考核各项成绩都要明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生的理论知识考核成绩达到了(38.55±2.57)分,而对照组只有(35.55±2.57)分,两组差异明显,具有统计学意义(t=2.58,P<0.01);除关爱及同学情感这2项外,观察组学生通过该教学模式明显提升了自主互助、合作探究等各项学习能力,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在“基础护理学”实验教学课程中应用自主互助、合作探究教学模式,能够更好地提升教学效果,有利于培养更多高素养、实践能力强的当代护理人才,值得推广与借鉴。

Practical Research on the Experimental Course of"Basic Nursing"under the Teaching Mode of Autonomous Mutual Assistance and Cooperative Inquiry

Abstract:To analyze the teaching method of the experimental course of"Basic Nursing"and the effect of its practical application under the teaching mode of autonomous mutual assistance and cooperative inquiry.Methods:A total of 341 students from the 2017 and 2018 undergraduate nursing(1)and nursing(2)classes of the College of Nursing of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as the research object,of which 172 students from the 2017 class were used as the control group for this study,and 169 students from the 2018 class were used as the observation group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,while the observation group was given the practical application of the teaching mode of autonomous mutual assistance and cooperative inquiry.The skills assessments,theoretical assessments,and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results:Except for the operation of monitoring vital signs,the students in the observation group had significantly better scores in the skills assessment than the control group(P<0.05);the students in the observation group had scored(38.55±2.57)on the theoretical knowledge.The control group had only(35.55±2.57)points.The comparison between the two groups found that the difference was significant and statistically significant(t=2.58,P<0.01).Except for the two items of caring and classmate emotion,the learning abilities of autonomous mutual assistance and cooperative inquiry of the students of the observation group were significantly improved through the teaching mode,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the teaching mode of autonomous mutual assistance and cooperative inquiry in the experimental teaching course of"Basic Nursing"can better improve the teaching effect and help to cultivate more contemporary nursing talents with high literacy and practical ability.It is worthy of promotion and reference.
