| 摘 要： | 学生的人格是学生在做人处世方面的稳定的品质和突出的特点，它是学生在以班级为单位的教育活动中逐步形成的，班级结构、班级中的人际关系、班级中的学生氛围对学生人格的形成产生着十分重要的作用。
