| 摘 要： | web2.0作为新一代的互联网新技术,其优越性正在得到越来越广泛的应用。本文从知识管理的演变说起,介绍了web2.0在知识管理中的应用,主要包括web2.0与知识管理的相关性、知识管理流程中的web2.0技术、web2.0工具在知识管理中的作用,得出知识管理人员若能充分利用这个更加开放、更为个性化的数字环境,将促进知识管理的发展。
