摘    要:文章采用文献资料法,比较分析的研究方法,根据散打运动员体能训练的特点,结合从事散打专项训练的实践,探讨散打运动员体能训练中最重要的力量、速度、耐力运动的训练方法,结合当前散打运动员体能训练的实际,安排体能训练的必要性;体育院校和各省散打队安排体能教练员的必要性,这对提高散打运动员的训练水平具有很大的意义。

Abstract:Using the methods of literature and comparative analysis, according to the features of Sanda athlete physical training, combined with specific training experiences in Sanda sports, the paper argues that the most important elements including power, speed, endurance in the physical training, according to the reality of current Sanda athletes physical training; arranging physical training and physical training coaches for sports institutions and provincial Sanda teams are necessary, which is very helpful to improve training level for Sanda athletes.
